"Personalised Bespoke Backup"

Data is the key

Our hosting backs up files every night. But the value of a database driven website or web application is really the data inside it. If you are running any form of Content Management System (CMS) such as Joomla, theShellCMS or Drupal etc... or you're running an ecommerce website via Zen Cart, loss of data is a commercial disaster.

Hacking

As well as this, open source applications are prone to hacking (due to the very nature of the fact that the source code is available to all). So, it is crucial that the data is protected should a site need to be stripped back down and re-set up.

We offer 4 levels of backup. We have a buddy-buddy backup process. Each backup includes a manual backup of the files, a manual backup of the Data and then a double check by a colleague to ensure each stage has been completed successfully.

Significant: Backed up once a month for your re-assurance : £14.00/month
Important : Backed up every 2 weeks : £21.00/month
Essential : Backed up every Friday at 5pm : £40.00/month
Mission Critical : Backed up every week day at 5pm : £120.00/month

"Configuration Upgrade Service"

If you have Joomla, theShellCMS or ZenCart, we offer to amend the package you have with the latest fixes, patches and updates that these organisations release to ensure that your version of the software is as safe and robust as possible.

This does not include upgrades to new versions of the software and the price may vary depending on the number of modules that you have installed.

We will check each software site every month, establish which updates/fixes are appropriate for your website and then amend your site accordingy.

The usual charge for this is : £15.00/month

"Content Amends"

Even if you are running a CMS or a Shopping Cart software, you may not have the time to add/amend content. We can do this for you. Please discuss this with one of our team as the price will depend on the quantity and complexity of your amend requirements.
